Getting Started Before Acidcat
CMS can be successfully installed on your web site you will need
to allow read_write access
to the 'databases' directory and to another directory of your choice
for uploading and viewing files, eg. 'read_write'. Either
you or your web host must enable this. |

| Database Connection Check | |||
| Acidcat CMS uses
a Microsoft Access database. A connection to this database will need to
be established.

| Database Write Access Check | |||
| Upload directory | |||
The upload directory is a directory on your server that has read/write access enabled. Either you or your web host must enable this. Example: if your upload directory was called 'read_write' and its URL was http://127.0.0.1/read_write, then your upload directory would be: /read_write |

Note: You can specify this directory later within the Configuration area. |

| Installation Complete | |||
Your installation is now complete. Important: you
must now delete the 'install' directory from your web server. If you are still having problems click here to access our Support Forum. |
