Alistair is part of the front office team, where he supports patients with scheduling, communication, and day-to-day operations. Currently training across multiple areas of the practice; he is focused on learning every aspect of the office—including billing and insurance—to better assist patients at every step of their visit.

He takes a patient-first approach, believing that listening is just as important as speaking. Alistair values the opportunity to connect with people from all walks of life and is committed to making sure each patient feels heard, informed, and cared for. From helping coordinate appointments to ensuring a smooth experience from start to finish, he plays a key role in keeping the office running efficiently.

Outside of the clinic, Alistair enjoys working with xis hands — whether that’s building projects, gardening, or spending time cooking. He also enjoys video games and staying creative in his free time.
